Bridging Visa B Approved
My husband is currently awaiting a 820 visa, we applied 6 days ago for a BVB and got approved, sharing details if it helps anyone else.
• Spoke to a friend who’s a migration agent and he said you don’t need to provide any crazy evidence or documentation just be honest about your intentions of travel and write a short statement.
• No substantial reason we just requested permission to be able to travel to go overseas to visit family and friends in August & December.
• Attached joint mortgage documents and work contract to prove intention to return.
• Attached passport details including mine and child’s (Australian)
• Didn’t attach any flights or itinerary details.
• Requested date / destination in August when we hoped to go, and mentioned we’d like to also travel in December over Christmas period.
• Granted for 5 years.
• For context he’s been here 13 years and we applied for his PR a year ago.
