Ako lang ba nakaka ranas na laging antok hirap maka focus sa studies kahit nag tetake ako ng Metformin, Myo inositol and Lizelle BCP? nakakairita na sarili ko exam week and I really cant focus! nalulutang at inaantok palagi. I do insulin resistance exercises and diets din di ko na alam gagawin ko 😔

Im very concerned about myself down there kapag nag sesex with my partner😭 everytime nag sex kami(pang apat na beses na) may bleeding or may times na spotting during sex(may one time na hapdi ng vagina opening baka dahil napupunit) i dont know kung not enough yung wetness or sobrang harsh niya lang talaga?
