Shipment from USA to NZ
Hi all, has anyone had their shipment being triggered under an inspection from CBP? DHL advised this was a random selection and they cannot advise timeframe as it may take 30-90 days. How long have people waited for recently ? What are my options if I cancel and request for it to be sent back to the sender? Will it raise more flags?
Heya! My shipment went on hold after being picked up in the USA on Friday 8th May. DHL has advised that it has been flagged for a regulatory authority inspection. How long does this take ? Picked up from USA- Destination Australia.
Good day! What satisfaction rate is everyone sitting at? I am currently at 94% and just annoyed with customers giving thumbs down despite delivering their food with care and in time. Of course we can’t see who’s given the thumbs down but how to recover this back to at least 98%-100%?
So I placed another orders and no confirmation received and payment went through. Second time order goes through then minutes later it’s canceled. My friend has also placed an order and no confirmation but payment deducted from the card. Customer support is such a joke. Has anyone else experienced this?
