I recently downgraded from cable/phone/internet to just internet. I added a few streaming subscriptions and ended up canceling them due to other issues. However, I kept the Peacock since I always had it through xfinity and decided to keep the Disney+/Hulu since it was mostly included and I just paid for the upgrade to premium (no ads).

I followed the instructions to activate and originally it said I need to cancel my previous subscription and wait to activate until my last paid period was over, which was May 2. I tried activating my subscription yesterday without success. I tried again this morning thinking maybe it needed a day to sync or something--but it still didn't work.

I'm getting this message once I try to log in to my existing Disney account after logging into Xfinity and hitting the Activate button from my Subscriptions. When I go to my Disney+ account, there is nothing to manage as it says I do not have an active subscription. I've been paying for this through Xfinity and can't even get into it. I was hopeful it would work as smoothly as Peacock and I don't know why I'm surprised it doesn't after the other issues I've experienced.

Do I just need to cancel this, too? Has anyone successfully activated their Disney+ through Xfinity?
