Hello! I've been researching and absorbing information for my first Defqon for several days now. I've watched YouTube videos, consulted blogs, and (I think) checked all the forums where people discuss experiences and offer help for this big festival. Anyway. Lots of different answers, but not always "complete" ones 🫠 I'm coming to experience Defqon.1 for the first time in June 2026 (I'm so excited!), and I'm coming alone for the weekend, driving from France using the regular parking lot.
From what I've gathered from various information sites, I've learned that with my car and without a priority pass, I'll have access to camps 5 and 6. Regarding arrival time, I'm confused. Some people say to arrive early (usually around 8 am) but mention that it didn't help them get a better spot. Others say to arrive later so that camps 5 and 6 are full and Q Dance opens the gates for the other camps. Let's be honest, I'll probably end up at Camp 5 and 6 (some people I met offered to let me join them, but they're in a bus camp, so it'll obviously be impossible), but since some people say they were able to set up camp at Camp 4 by driving there, I'm wondering if it's feasible. Because let's face it, if I could be at Camp 4 instead of 5 or 6, that would be ideal 🤧 Thanks for your help, and see you soon on the sacred lands 😎
