How many plug-in systems are you allowed?

I don't know much about them other than they're around 800w, but what's stopping you having more than one?

I ask not to actively circumvent the rules, as such, but I was thinking of having one for west and one for east - both vertically mounted. To me, that's fairly harmless compared to just buying lots and plugging in all over the place if you were trying to cheat the rules, whatever they may actually be.

I have enjoyed an overnight tariff of 7.5p/KW for the past year or so, but it's coming to an end. It probably wouldn't have been an issue, had the Middle East not kicked off yet again, but there aren't many tariffs around now there's 'uncertainty'. I doubt there really is, it's just an excuse to raise prices, but that's another conversation.

I've also been enjoying the removal of the government's green levy nonsense (and another separate conversation, I appreciate) making my overnight tariff just 4.5p/KW! Spoilt, in all honesty.

I therefore find myself right in the middle of the perfect storm with my tariff ending in May some time without anything even closely competitive, or is there?

So... Is there anything decent out there? I can't find much on the market and some best deals are hidden for existing customers which is perhaps fair.

I have solar panels, so try and make the most of a sunny day for free charging if I can.

Octopus' (whatever it's called) random rates throughout the day seems complicated? Best for a battery? Don't have one... Yet?!

Any suggestions much appreciated please!

TLDR: best available tariffs to benefit EV charging please?

Edit: I use a granny charger. I don't need anything more powerful, for now.
