Just by looking at my plate you’d know which region I’m from😁
Listing down down what’s on my plate

  1. Minced chicken cooked with generous amount of garlic and basil(Well I’d prefer pork but I’m way too lazy to go and get it)
  2. Potato fried with bitter gourd.
  3. Sprouts sautéed with garlic(Me and my garlic against the world)
  4. Spinach and beans blanched with a drizzle of olive oil, garlic( yes duhhh) and white sesame(inspired by Korean side dish)
  5. Boiled bitter gourd and roasted green chilli chutney(a pinch of msg to balance out the bitterness and garlic too🙂‍↕️)
  6. Homemade cabbage and radish kimchi.
  7. Rice(my favourite above all)
