Should I get an rx 9070 xt or an rtx 5070 ti?

look I know it's a repetitive question but I need help. I'm stuck between a sapphire nitro plus rx 9070 xt and a zotac rtx 5070 ti (the normal one). the 9070 xt is 25% cheaper but thats not a bug problem. in my country its like the 9070 xt 750 dollars and the 5070 ti is 1000 dollars. but I love nvidia ai technologies like dlss and frame gen and I'm convinced that it is far better than amd's ai technologies and also dlss is available in many more games than amd's fsr. but maybe I'm wrong. I wanna play on 1440p ultra wide and both gpu's are really close, even though the 9070 xt gets a bit more fps. and also i know nvidia is releasing dlss 5 (maybe it looks bad but still). also raytracing I forgot to add that one. but is raytracing that good?? like genuinely. my head is exploding right now.

I really don't know what to do:(

so I just got a 5070 ti but I'm not too sure if I need a 1440p ips monitor or an 4k qned tv, I mostly play AAA games and the tv I want is 50 inch and the monitor is 32 inch. I'm just not too sure if 32 inch is big enough. I've never play on a monitor and have only played on a tv. do you guys who have a 32 inch monitor (and also everybody else) think that I should go with a 4k qned (ips) 50 inch 120hz or a 1440p ips 170hz gaming monitor?? the only thing that bothers me and scares me about monitors its mostly the size. also the price of the tv in my country is exactly dubled the monitor (tv: lg qned81 ultra hd 4k tv) (monitor: msi g321q wqhd monitor) pls help. thanks in advance:)
