Hey everyone, I wanted to share my situation and see if I’m missing anything. On March 6, 2024, I went to a chiropractor for general neck/shoulder pain. He did a neck compression test, where I was seated, and he pushed down forcefully on my head. Immediately, I felt faint, and for weeks after, I had incapacitating dizziness. Over time, symptoms changed. Now it’s mostly tight chest, shallow breathing, head pressure, tingling in my head, and lightness/tingling in my hands. I also get unsteady, sometimes dizzy, and fatigued.

Since then, I’ve done a lot of imaging: CTA neck, CT brain, MRA head/neck, MRI brain, MRI neck, chest X-ray, blood work, and full heart tests. All results have been negative—no clear explanation for my symptoms. I’ve seen multiple specialists: ENT, neurologists, primary care, physiatrists, and pain specialists. Currently, I’m doing physical therapy, vestibular therapy, and gradual exposure.

My question is: Given all this, am I missing anything? Are there other tests or specialists I should consider? I’d appreciate any insight from those who’ve been down this road.

Thank you
