Hey there, so I have a question. Just for the record. The only time I took medication was a beta-blocker years and years ago, and I only took one because it just immediately made me feel like a zombie and slurred my speech.
I've never taken medication since and I am NOT saying that in a bragging manner, but I'm just curious for anybody who's taken medication, no matter what it is, what exactly does it do? Do you still have your intense OCD thoughts, but the medication makes you just 'not care' about it/ overthink..... Have some of you found that medication has erased some of OCD patterns. Maybe it just suppresses anxiety. Part of me considers that maybe I should be on something. Trying to figure out what would be the most result lots of people get, that's the same.
