Has anyone dealt with Fanatics Marketplace restricting their account for identity verification? This is the regular Fanatics Marketplace, not Fanatics Collect.

I submitted every document they asked for, but my account is still restricted and they’ve completely stopped replying to my emails. I currently have around $22k stuck in the account and can’t even buy or sell cards anymore.

Honestly getting really frustrated at this point. If anyone has any idea what I should do, please help.
