How to tackle working on a messy product
Oof where should i even start.
The live product already has issues from content to functional issues all across.
The designs and live product are very different, leadership has no single source of truth to talk and communicate design feedback on.
In the name of design system, just a Figma file exists that is inconsistently used across designs and has not been updated for a long while.
No design guidelines so whatever is on the platform is the truth right now.
This all makes the design communication really really weak right now and i’m having a hard time communicating with the leadership.
