I have an adult dependent, that can not be left alone. Currently I have two staff that take cleared of her while I work. However, both staff are having serious issues with health and family.

So here is my question, if Itjey cant work for me, and I can not find staff, and I want to keep my job is there anyone that has ever been allowed to let their dependent stay in the breakroom, while I work. Os thete any chance they would allow this. My dependant is 31yrs.
