I subscribed last night, and after entering my payment information online, the site crashed and logged me out unexpectedly. This morning, I checked my payment account and saw that the charge had still gone through. However, I never received a confirmation email or my UPID information.
I downloaded the app and was able to log in, but there is no “My Prescriptions” section showing on the home page. I’m hoping everything is still processing, but I was wondering if anyone here could share what the beginning of the process is usually like.
I also reached out to the help desk through chat, and while they were able to confirm that my account is active, they weren’t able to provide any additional information.
