My partner and I live on a block with two units and a shared driveway. We live in the rear unit, both units are owner occupied. No OC and the driveway is owned by us equally. For the past 6 months our front unit neighbour and her friends/family have been parking in the driveway, blocking us from driving in and out.

We have asked nicely and annoyedly for them to move, which they do. But then someone parks there again the next day or a few days later. I even parked one of them in once. But they still do it. We have a security camera that has 6 months of footage showing them blocking our driveway.

Do we go to the council? VCAT? Or is my next step to repeatedly honk the horn when I try to leave?
