I came across this video where this guy purchased an iPhone and right away another guy comes out saying that that’s his phone and it was stolen. Cops called and phone recovered after the buyer had already paid!
Mind you the phone has no iCloud, the only proof the person has is the same picture of the phone showing imei and serial number when the seller probably sent it to him.
No proof of purchase, nothing! And he knew the seller too. What???
I’d fight that with everything!
