How did you manage to get past your eating addiction? I’ve been trying to eat less without completely skipping meals. Some days I succeed, but other days I end up overeating, which is frustrating. I used to really struggle with whether or not I should eat, and it led to binge eating followed by not eating anything for an entire day. Lately, I’ve been trying to break that cycle, but it feels like it's still not working for me.
I'm really curious about how people lived in the Philippines before colonization. I just got to thinking about it—like, what did they use for eating? How did they wash their dishes and clothes? And how did they go about building their houses?
