I'm looking for an MMO

I'm an introvert, but I've been wanting to get into a new MMO after not playing games for some time. I don't have any specific mechanics I'm looking for, but I would like to play something that isn't P2W or doesn't have a subscription, and I don't want to play something that is from a top-down perspective. I played Guild Wars 2 a long time ago. I've tried Lord of the Rings Online, Dungeons and Dragons Online, Neverwinter, Star Wars The Old Republic, The Division 2 and a few others I can't remember. When I bought Division 2 two years, there was a bug that prevented me from progressing into the game after defeating one of the early game bosses, so I requested a refund. Lord of the Rings Online was decent, but I quickly lost interest in the other games I mentioned. I played Final Fantasy XIV for a short time with a relative. It was okay, but I was overwhelmed with just how much I needed to do to catch up.

  1. My budget is $30
  2. I'm not good at PVP, so I don't want a game that is heavily reliant on PVP. If there is a mechanic or system in place to help players improve and prepare for PVP, let me know.
  3. I have a game in my Steam wishlist called Myth of Empires that's currently on sale, but I don't see many people talking about it.
  4. My gaming laptop specs: AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon Graphics (3.30 GHz), 8GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (4 GB), AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics (2 GB)

Someone told me that round glasses would look good on me, so I ordered a pair. I usually wear square and browline.
