My name is Szymon and I recently got back into the game after focusing on my Career for a little bit. Recently have been focusing aim training and was pondering how much sensitivity and other mechanics affect people's stats, this post is mainly to spark conversation and also share my findings!
Want to just say all of the data was found on the websites below, there were some wrong values likes INTZ's Palla having a eDPI of 2800 instead of 280 so to be safe all anomalies were removed.

Aspect Ratio & Resolution
The only aspect ratio to have a negative KD is 5:4 which is mainly due to only 10 people using it. However, on the other hand the most positive KD sits with 4:3 at ~1.06 KD, for comparison 16:9 got ~1.01, is this proof that 4:3 is better? Depends on the person really, I enjoy my game looking decent!
Mouse Refresh Rate (Hz)
This one is pretty understanding with 4000Hz having the highest followed by 2000Hz, & then 1000Hz. 8000Hz has a small demographic but they are above 1000Hz so here I feel like it's safe to say that the higher your Refresh Rate the better.
eDPI
This was the main reason I looked this up, and the results are... ehhh...
There's no definite "best eDPI" but from what I can tell, having eDPI above 236 has a high chance of having a high KD, but also a even higher chance of going negative...
In a scatter graph it's very clear there is no correlation.

In my eyes you should aim for above 200 easily, but everyone's different... I personally use 145 eDPI which I might look into changing.

TL;DR
What is should my eDPI be for Valorant?
Around 235 +/- 15 but everyone is different so play whatever helps you frag! 235 is the average for Pros.
What resolution should I play in Valorant?
Most people and pros use 16:9 but there is a trend when it comes to high KD of people using 4:3 so give it a try!
What mouse refresh rate should I use in Valorant?
The higher the better. Simple as.
