Molson Coors has ongoing openings for Maintenance Technicians at the Trenton brewery. These are union roles within the Integrated Supply Chain team and involve operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting brewing, packaging, and shipping equipment in a team based production environment.
Pay:
• $33.85 per hour starting
• Increases to $38.35 per hour after a 180 day probation period
The work includes production line operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, mechanical repairs, and supporting continuous improvement while following safety and quality standards. Ideal backgrounds include manufacturing or maintenance experience, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with equipment such as motors, gearboxes, pneumatics, hydraulics, and shop tools.
High school diploma is required, technical training is a plus, forklift and maintenance experience are helpful, and candidates must be 21+. This is a physical, fast paced role in a manufacturing setting.
