Ordered food from Swiggy and half of it was missing. As soon as I saw the packet, I told the delivery guy it didn’t look complete. Usually, chicken and veg items come in separate packets, and this clearly didn’t feel like everything was there. I even opened it in front of him. He just said to call the restaurant. I asked him to wait while I got my phone, he said okay. But when I came back, he had already run off. After that, I tried to complain on the app, but there’s no real support at all. No one called me, no actual person reached out, just automated messages again and again. I’ve also been continuously emailing them, but nobody is responding. And now they’re saying they won’t give any refund. Paid for full food, got half, and not a single proper response from their side. Really frustrating.
