How much should we pay for this truck. There asking for 40k out the door but wanted us to pay 42k we were able to bring it down to 38k out the door. Do you think I can bring it down or is 38k.(California)

I’ve seen online that the 2025 Toyota Corolla Hybrid has an 11.3‑gallon fuel tank. However, when my fuel light comes on and I fill up, it only takes about 7 gallons. Is that normal?
