Hello!

My roommate and I (22F, 23F) are looking for a third person to join our one year lease! We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful of the space. We are both Columbia Grads and are working in the city.

The place is located in Washington Heights and it is a third floor walk up. There is an in unit washer and dryer. The bedrooms will be unfurnished as we will be moving in Mid May as well.

As mentioned, move in date is Mid May, and I can send pictures of the place. Please PM me with an introduction/description of yourself!
