How to identify a guy who is looking for long term or short term?? Any specific signs of them??

So I met a guy 4-6 months ago. I blocked him up cuz he made me uncomfortable by his sexual talks and once he raised a voice on me, which I felt was extremely disrespectful. Later he reached out to me after like 3 months stating that he missed me, we met over the library. And when he reached out to me it was when he was in the library. I wanted to hug him as a reward as he cleared his exams. So he asked me to book a room and took my consent and i said yes. Thinking that we would talk and hug a bit. We met, we hugged, cuddled and kissed .

He calls me " his wifey" , replies to me even when he's at work. He fed me with his own hands the day we met. We argue but solve it Later he gets annoyed due to my late replies and so does I . He told me he has changed and has focused only upon two things one is his career and second is my baby which is me Got scared when I gave him a stare just like moms do. He told me he would never use me. However he crossed some boundaries so I called him out for it. He doesn't do sexual talks, a bit inconsistent about emotional level. I told him I would not have sex with him before marriage and he respected it. Do you guys think this guy looks for me as a long term or short term?
