Unemployable/Modifications
I was served for a modification. Basically he is asking for child support to be dropped all together and that the reason is because he is permanently disabled and can’t work on a federal level. He is currently 40k in arrears and $15.2k behind in medical. TikTok shows otherwise that he is running his own business plus all the documentation I have over the past 7 years of him holding oilfield jobs ect. What are the chances they actually drop his payments? He is saying he is a disabled veteran but wasn’t even in the army a year before being discharged supposably due to being sick with swine flu and having weed in his system (his reason for going into the army was that they gave him the option of going into the army or jail time and I did see paperwork that shows his discharge, it wasn’t honorable but also wasn’t dishonorable I know that for a fact) but I can’t confirm if the reason is actually true because he just lies so much. This was when he was 19/20 and he’s 36 now. It just infuriates me so much. Has anyone had their child support dropped due to the other person claiming they are unemployable?
