Should I visit the clinic post exposure and ask for PEP?
Earlier today I met a gay guy and we fooled around. He masturbated and came on the floor. Then he finger my anus while I jerked off. I’m worried that his cum fluids was on his finger while he fingered me. I don’t have any anal bleeding but it is sore. I don’t usually have a finger in my anus and worried about cum residue+anal tears.
I don’t know his status and wouldn’t be able to reach him.
Is this enough risk that they will prescribe PEP?
