Hi, im wanting to upgrade my monitor as im getting lighting issues with my current one..

I just wanted to know if im better off get a 240hz monitor over a 144hz.

I usually play between 100 - 144hz

As thats all my pc can handle at 4k

Will i get bad screen tearing with the 240hz monitor or its better to have allround?
