I have recently purchased a Superstrike, received it on April 15, and I am now having sensor spin. It's VERY random, usually 2 or so times a day.

I contacted Logitech support about a warranty claim today, as I've tried all of the troubleshooting steps I've found, but they said they can only help me if I can get a video of the issue happening with both my mouse + monitor visible. This isn't something I can reasonably do since I don't have any stand for my phone to just record the video AND it's a random issue which I cannot replicate.

Support said they would not help me unless I can provide them that video. Anyone have any tips?
