Looking for thoughts on which to work with when it comes to modding your 360s. I've read the pico flasher is faster than the jr programmer but idk if thats true. Thoughts?

Hi there. I came across my childhood gba sp while picking up some of my old stuff from my parents place. They had placed some of my things in thr basement and this was amongst it.
I've worked on circuitry before but dont know what kind of damage this is and where to start to clean it up.
I plan on replacing the shell, battery, screen in time. The battery wasn't swolen so to my knowledge theres no battery corrosion.
Any help is greatly appreciated ty.
