Hello guys. I'm about to rant a lot on this post, so feel free to not read it, lol.

First of all...

Far Cry Primal was the first Far Cry game I've played back in 2017, it has a special spot in my heart. I loved the theme, the pre-historic vibe, story could be a bit better though (I give it a 6/10). But overall the game is great.

Years ago (I don't remember the exact year) I had a dream regarding Far Cry Primal and I'm astonished as to how much detail it had.

In the dream, I was watching a Youtube video of a Youtuber I used to watch (not gonna put his name, but if you wanna know, ask me in the comments). This guy was kind of showcasing this new DLC for Far Cry Primal, and now comes the fun part where I'll explain everything I remember from this DLC that came up in my dream.

So, this DLC adds 3 new regions to the game, I'll call them: Forest Region, Cave Region, and Swamp Region. In the game map, they're located next to those smaller regions where the beastmaster quests given by Jayma take place, kinda like "extensions" of those regions. I've drawn the possible locations on the map here (sorry for bad drawing, just wanna illustrate it, hehe)

Let's start with the Forest Region. As the name suggests, it's entirely covered in a thick forest, the trees are so tall (so freaking tall) that if you look up you can't see the sun. Yeah, giant trees, man. I remember an enemy outpost situated entirely on a tree. I don't remember any specific new species, but this region could possibly feature more big cats and small to mid-sized herbivores rather than big animals like mammoths and rhinos, etc. Also, this region could put an emphasis more on parkour, since the player would have to navigate between trees most of the time (like enhanced uses for the grapple you have or new tools for climbing).

Second, we have the Cave Region. It's basically a big cave system that covers the entire region, it's also extremely cold in there. The caves somehow are big enough to fit a mammoth (yes, the video showed a mammoth inside the cave). I remember a lizard resembling the extinct megalania too. I don't remember more details.

Lastly, we have the Swamp Region. It's more water than land, featuring a "subtribe" of Izilas with a specific aquatic-based culture. There was also a new species of crocodile which actually hunted the player, instead of being a stationary predator (like the ones in Far Cry 6). I also remember a new bird resembling the extinct moa, although it'd fit better in the Forest Region than this one. There was a boss which I nicknamed "Caveman Aquaman", he's like this burly, big Izila man who wields a trident and has somewhat water-like abilities. Since this region is mostly covered in swamp, there could be a boat/canoe for easier traversal. By far this is my favorite region, lol. I feel the aquatic system could have more potential (I mean, in a place like Central Europe, it kinda doesn't have to, if you know what I mean, but more aquatic diversity could be cool).

Anyways, as you guys could see, I added some of my own details/ideas for the regions. Feel free to comment what you think. Also, Ubisoft clearly wasted potential in not adding rain/thunderstorms to this game; we only ever see rain during the "Vision of Beasts" mission given by Tensay. If FC3 has rain, why couldn't Primal have too?

TL;DR: I dreamt about a DLC of a game who will never see the light of an update ever again. Thanks for reading.

Edit: I know megalanias and moas don't belong in Central Europe, and neither does sabretooth tiger. Realism is cool, but fun is cooler, I guess. It doesn't hurt to imagine, right?
