Bought a used car, 2024 Toyota Grand Higlander XLE on tuesday. Love the car, looks immaculate inside. Took the car home.

Next day it started reeking of cigs.

This was marketed to me as a family car, i have a 4 month old daughter, and it seems pretty obvious to me that they masked the smell when i bought it. The salesman alsp was rolling down the windows during the test drive.

Now theyre offering to have me bring it in next week and they are going to have specialists come in to completely clear out the smell.

I honestly really want to keep this car, but not if it is going to smeel like cigs.

Is it possible for them to actually remove the smell?

Obviously i cant really trust the dealership at all anymore. I feel completely misled
