two days ago i charged my ring to 99% (i was going to bed after my shower and checked to see if it was near 100% yet, and took it off when i saw it was at 99%) and the next day i got an alert i had less than 23 hrs of battery and that it was at 37%.
i went to oura support and they told me i qualified for a warranty and someone would reach out to me if i would be sent a new ring.
i recharged my ring last night to ~100% and this morning i woke up again with an alert for 23 hrs of battery remaining, but my battery was on 89%.
i don’t want to reach out again in case im being sent a new ring anyway, but this is just ridiculous. does anyone know wth is going on with my battery? i dont have blood oxygen sensing on and i hadn’t tracked any automatic workouts.
