I just did a clean install of windows 11, version 25H2. Previous used version was 24H2. I've noticed an increase of around 50-100% in power draw on my 9070 compared to the previous install (measured via MSI afterburner), e.g. power draw went from 100W in THE FINALS to 180W at the same settings. Genshin runs at 110W instead of the previous 75W. No changes in CPU power.

Driver was reinstalled already, previous AMD drivers also tried, no changes.

What is going on? Does anyone else experience this?
