Credit to DTT & Steve Saka, above and beyond quality control and customer service. Attended an event where Steve spent the day smoking and talking to everyone in attendance. During the event, he noticed a box that didn't meet his expectations and he corrected it on his own. Truly a stand up guy who backs his products and appreciates his customers.
