Hi everyone, and thanks for all the help so far. I'm upgrading from integrated graphics (Intel HD620) and extremely excited for a significant jump up. I was hoping to have a budget of around ~1500, but with the prices higher these days I'm reluctantly alright with my current build coming closer to ~1700 with a microcenter bundle knocking ~300 off of this list.

Questions:

- I like round numbers, so anything I can reasonably downgrade for ~1500 or upgrade for ~2000 value?

- There's a reasonably priced 9070XT for ~60 more than a new 9070. Should I jump on it? Any compat considerations with remainder of the build?

- I'd like to not have to upgrade for quite a while, or have the headroom to upgrade without a full mobo/cpu/gpu swap. Does this fit the bill?

- Newegg has a non-modular PSU bundle with the 9070. Worth the downgrade?

Use Cases:

- A bit of everything

- Game development and modding, including basic 3D modelling using blender

- Playing modern non-competitive games at 60-90fps on my 2560x1600 monitor, with a better experience than Intel UHD620 (willing to upgrade monitor in the future, but not a priority right now).
