Audio/File Quality - What is the lowest you go on your DAP

I have an old ipod/itunes library that i ripped and at the time, storage costs etc and size of ipod drive, its mp3 of various file quality

I have some at 320 which I think is fine. I also have some at 256, and also VBR around this bit rate

I also have a lot at 192kbs.... and lots more at 128kbs

Trying to see which ones would benefit from spending the time to re-rip, 320 seems fine but what about the rest of them?

I have the V1, enjoying it so far but have a possibly odd question for other owners of this DAP

When using the side buttons to control volume, a slider appears on screen for a few seconds and this stops the rest of the screen registering any touch. So I need to tap the screen to get rid of the on screen slider if I need to use the screen to scroll etc. See photo for the on screen slider.

The odd issue is I don't remember this slider popping up when I got the DAP the other week and seems to be a recent thing, or my memory is failing !

Do you all get the on screen volume slider when you change the volume via the side buttons on your v1 dap?
