I had to replace a few o-rings between the carburetors, but upon reassembly I have a few springs that don't seem to have a place where they seat nicely. Where could these belong?

I think the pair might be for the choke, but they are really loose if fitted between the choke rail and one carb. AI also thinks it's for the throttle between the carbs but those are much smaller and already there.

Bike is a 1996 Honda CBR1000F.
