It doesn't really make sense why they can't be and forces this awkward juggling of who has how many slivers and getting other people to make enchants for you when it should be as easy as passing the slivers around.

When are these getting moved to another ability? Seems kinda shitty for people who purchased them with real money or league points to not have access to something they paid for.
