I’ve tried filling out the support form as extensively and detailed as possible, but no luck. I don’t have access to the old phone number and am locked out of the account. The only response I ever received from the support form was saying the account was locked. I’ve tried contacting Xbox support directly even though they can’t intervene fully but I’m having no luck. I do know the password to the account, for sure, but I can’t sign in anywhere. Every time I sign in, it says I need to update security settings and that’s when it asks for the text code.
Does anyone have any pointers or ideas to help me get back in so that I could change my phone and email aliases?
