Taking it to the Road
First time ever doing Kettlebell seriously in my fitness journey. I lost 25lbs. This month just walking a ton and doing IF. I am a fat trucker but I didnt get fat driving a truck. It was all before.
Was getting bored and someone told me about Pavel and the insane benefits of Kettlebells so I picked one up before I left the house after listening to like a bazillion podcasts on the way back home to the wife & kids. Im winded in like 5 swings 😭.
I come from a powerbuilding background. I was relatively lean and decently strong in the conventional DL, Bench and Squats before I got married. I severely underestimated this 18kg (40lb.) Kettlebell beating my ass. I appreciate any and all tips!
