Hi all, need advice 🙏🏻 i’m planning to close my business after a year of no steady income (tho operating kami since 2022). Been really hopeless and at a loss na on what to do that I don’t even know where to start na din when it comes to closing it. Currently, I only have 7 employees.

My main problems are:

1. Sobrang short notice for the employees. I’ve made them aware of the situation since last year naman and told them to jump ship na because we might be closing soon, though lahat verbal lang.
2. Wala na akong enough na pampasahod this coming end of May.

My main questions:

1. Meron bang available step by step guide on how to close a business with same setup as ours?
2. Pano mangyayari sa withheld taxes for the year/paid LGU registration/etc, may mga possible ba ma refund?

Other things to note:

1. We all work remotely, we offer graphic design services, kanya kanya ding devices.
2. May clients naman pero not enough ang income compared sa opex (super lugi).
3. Ako lang naghahandle ng company from client sourcing to payroll (nag ooutsource lang ako accountant pero every inquiry and submission to BIR is paid/hr) so in the case of board or investors, wala naman…

I know po searchable na din naman most info but I’m super overwhelmed right now that I’m begging for any easier to understand help and info I can get. Hope you guys understand and thank you so much. 🙏🏻

Title. Planning to apply for a Metrobank Travel Visa Sig for earning miles. Same ba si metrobank kay rcbc na pag di ka naapprove for a high tier card, they will just send you a lower tier one? Ganun kasi nangyari sa gf ko. She applied for rcbc jcb plat pero ang pinadala sa kanya gold 😅.

I only have one other card which is the bpi platinum rewards. Any other card recos for miles if di mapagbigyan ni mb? 🥲 thank you!
