Hey, I'm in Austin right now, but been considered some new places to explore and live in. I'm going to take a trip to Philly soon to see how I might like the area.

Right now I'm spending right around 1800 for rent, and would love to be somewhere between 1600-1800 for rent if possible for a 1 Bedroom.

If you live in a really good apartment, I'd love to hear about it and maybe do a tour when I visit

Most important things to me is

- Being near major board game/meet up style locations for things like card games/social deduction/board games.

- A good gym is extremely important

- Strong walkability, easy to get around, not too car dependent

- Preferably an apartment that isn't too loud, at least when I'm in it
