[Call Of Duty] I just threw a burning molotov cocktail at a huge stack of dry hay and it didn’t even catch on fire. What gives?

The molotov bottle smashed and the fuel ⛽️ burnt on the surface of the hay but it didn’t even discolour the hay. I have fought in some fake settings before but this looked like real hay. So what happened?
