Your Numbers Are Down? Here's What You Should Be Doing Now From a 12 Year Amateur Porn Vet:
(If anyone wants to verify, my old name was 'Chy Latte' if you want to search interwebs).
THINGS ARE CHANGING. No matter how much you whine, complain, stomp your feet or want things to go back to 2020 numbers, it's not happening. This is the New Era of Pluto in Aquarius (I also study the stars if anyone is interested in finding out how to market according to their Birth Chart in Astrology).
You can still have a twitter and tiktok accounts, just don't post sexual/sensual content or post it as much. That's not necessary when you know how to market. Gone are the days of needing to be explicit/NSFW to attract NSFW money. Be SOCIAL on SOCIAL MEDIA. That's ALSO why they're banning some accounts and allowing others to stay (my accounts haven't been banned since 2019 an that's only because a loser male mass reported me). Show your personality, tweet your creative thoughts, not just your ass and pussy or how much money you aren't making. WHY would someone want to subscribe to you when they could go find 10 other models (who probably look just like you)? SHOW THEM WHY IT SHOULD BE YOU and no one else! I'm also a Findom and a Femdom and that's the whole premise of the kink. Why are you different? What makes you special? Don't convince, just show it and do it proudly and confidently without worrying about numbers. You never know who's watching you at a distance.
Edit to add: It's the mentioning of and direct linking to other sites as well as interacting with NSFW pages on Twitter that gets girls banned (that along with promo groups -- BIG NO--- bot farms, bot followers/paying for promo from those who have bot pages as followers, even if they don't know about it). It's safer to avoid it all together and look as vanilla as possible while being social (commenting on regular and viral posts with more than an emoji or 1 to 3 word replies--that's spammy AS HELL). Twitter, now more than ever, hates linking off site. I tell them to DM me (because the messages are supposedly encrypted now) or search my name online. It's more work for subs, but the ones who want the content will find it. It IS harder to grow now and that's intentional because the man shaped like a box speaker who owns it wants you to pay for verification which I refuse. Also, if you use the same phone/computer and IP address to sign up for a new account, they track that like Instagram (except IG allows 5 accounts on one IP address/phone (just make sure none of them have been banned on that IP or you'll have to sign up with a completely new phone). They make it difficult on purpose because they realized just how easy it was for people to make money smh. I've seen people build businesses and communities on youtube and that seems to be the most useful social media site right now. It's annoying all around but once you get going, you do see results.
I've made MORE money off of OF than on it because the ones who respected my craft wanted to make sure I got most of my money. I say that's because of my marketing on and off of OF. Descriptions are KEY! The longer and more detailed THE BETTER. Your OF bio should be as long as they allow, not cute, giving little detail. List EVERYTHING that you do, what you don't do, what kinks/fetishes you cater to so people know what to expect. Them not being sure is a GAMBLE and most people don't like to gamble UNLESS there's a chance they can get something worth while.
I got more subs at $50/month than at $12/month because I was so detailed about what was on my timeline (they told me so before unsubscribing to pay me on platforms where I got more than 80%---my own site, for example). People who had never seen me before, subscribed because when they searched for their favorite fetish/kink, I was the one that popped up and my VERY descriptive videos (even on a paid page) and bio is what convinced them. I would also suggest you get rid of your free OnlyFans page UNLESS you're making good money from it (over $100/month or more). If you aren't, let your socials be the free content they can get. It's pointless otherwise.
I posted this in another comment on here:
People are overwhelmed with porn and a lot of folks are over it. That's the truth. The ones who are addicted are [redacted] to 15 second porn on X and moving along with their day, (mostly because they are broke and/or cheap). Men with a lot money aren't watching porn all day, they're too busy. There are a few who actually pay for porn and have enough money to collect it. Stop looking at the ones who can only pay $5-$20/month for your sub (or $200 for 10 girl's subs---yes, that's what they do). My focus have always been the ones who can send me the $200 and not think twice about it. There are more of those types of customers than models think, they're just CHOOSEY with who they INVEST their money with---that's how the rich stay rich.
It's been non-stop porn on people's timelines since 2020. I was there long before the Paddywagon OnlyFans boom and even I got tired of seeing porn all over my timeline and I've filmed it for over a decade! Now, they want, crave, desire and need intimacy. That doesn't only mean sex and being sexy even if you lead them TO your sexual platforms. The biggest earners on OnlyFans (allegedly, Camilla and The Bop House) never/rarely shot XXX content for promo. It's suggestive, but it's mostly cute because that's what they are (and their clientele are 18-25ish). Think about what you're good at. and who your customers are. I'm good at pulling in people with the truth.
My customers and subs have always loved how blunt I am while also being nurturing/"mothering". For the past decade, my customers were between the ages of 18-25 and 35+, now they're 30-60. My features are also different from most of the top models on OF (for starters, I'm a darker-brown skin Black woman). The "imperfections" girls have paid thousands to fix, I grew an INTERNATIONAL following from (gap in my teeth/overbite, I was BBW at one point, I've had a bald head the whole time but I wore natural wigs mostly, etc). When I posted on clip sites, I could see my biggest customers came from down South USA, Japan, China, Sweden, Italy, etc. I'm also building a youtube channel with my favorite hobbies that I know they'll enjoy too.
Think about what people have said they like about you in AND OUT of porn. What do you like about yourself? What are yours hobbies? What do YOU need in terms of intimacy? Are you funny? Do you sing, act? Do you cook or bake? Do you like to serve or be served? What can you do that not many else people can? Are you controversial? I've ALWAYS been controversial as Hell and I made it work for me even when most models AND tube/member/clip site CEOs wanted to burn me at the stake LOL---remember, we are INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. What makes other models money and their opinions of you, don't fill your bank account. You can collab, but remember, your business (cus this IS a business) is YOURS and no one else's.
Most people (quality customers) NEED to connect on a deeper level now in order to give you their money freely and often. The days of gathering thousands of subscribers are also gone UNLESS you have the money to pay for promo, build a b*t farm, collaborate with SFW creators (that's the KEY now), etc. If you can show other SFW and/or NSFW creators WHY you would be a benefit to their platform, they might collab with you for free as long as you can get to them or they happen to be in your same area.
You can make $100K+ a year with less than 500-1000 subscribers. Just keep at it and be open to pivoting when necessary. The ones who earn/attract the most are the ones who keep going. There are hundreds of models who started after I did and they were gone long before I took a break.
Let me know if I should do a virtual seminar on everything else I have in this brain of mine.
