I recently bought an Alpecin C1 Shampoo (75ml) from D.Watson I-10 for PKR 2800. At the time, I didn’t notice the size, but later I realized that this price is usually for the 250ml bottle. The receipt also correctly mentions that it was the 75ml bottle for PKR 2800, which honestly feels unjustified.

Now I want to return the bottle and get a refund. I paid via card, so I wanted to ask about D.Watson’s return process. Do they refund instantly to the card or does it take a few days?

If anyone has experience returning products there, please guide me.
