Did going down a dose help Anyone?
Has anyone stopped losing on the highest dose of compounded tirz? I’m about 10 pounds away from my goal weight and the scale has completely stalled. What helped you break the plateau? Did anyone titrate back down and see better results, or try anything else that worked? Thank you!
