One-drive files has padlock
All my files has a padlock in my onedrive desktop, even in web it has only read only option. I unlink the PC still the same issue. I contacted Microsoft support on Sunday they said my SharePoint is locked, unlocked SharePoint through their diagnostic tool after 48 hours still the same issue. Today I had a remote session with support he unassigned E5 license and reassigned. I have used 55gb of 1tb. Can anyone please 🙏 help?
