Just like the header asks if you’re riding MUNI do you take your backpack off? I ride the 38R for my commute and the bus is not at capacity with people but the bus feels very full because everyone is wearing a backpack and it’s taking up so much space. People couldn’t even move into the center of the bus because the backpacks took up most of the standing room. If you keep your backpack on can you please provide reasoning because this is ridiculous.

I’m new to the area and debating between buying a hulken bag vs a traditional “granny cart” to transport laundry and groceries. My bus line is the 1 and the 38/38R so this will be coming with me on public transit. Thanks for any insight!

I recently started a job at a Sutter hospital that is unionized as a 0.9 FTE. I was made aware today that cancellations have been happening frequently on the unit. Are we able to cross train to get pulled to other units so we can still get paid? I just started and have no PTO to use.
