Just wrapped the third and final stage for a Manager role in UK.
Partner interview felt like a proper conversation rather than a grilling. Walked through case experience, values evidence, and a portfolio I'd put together to back the answers up. Came away thinking it landed well, but you never really know.
Now in the dreaded silence.
For anyone who has been through final stage at Deloitte UK recently:
- How long did the wait actually take?
- Did the recruiter give you a realistic timeline, or the usual "1 to 2 weeks" line?
- Any pattern specifically for Manager grade hires?
- If you got an offer, did the length of the wait correlate to anything, good or bad?
- Does radio silence past two weeks normally mean a no?
