My roommate is returning to California, so I am seeking a roommate for a room in Jamaica Plain, very close to the titular Jamaica Pond and about 8 minutes walk from the Stony Brook. It is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment, with a living room/kitchen. It comes with an included parking spot, and all utilities except electricity and internet are included. The rent is $1,485.26 for the room. Pets are not allowed in the lease, except for fish. There is a washer and dryer in the basement for $1.75 each cycle.
About me: I am a 28 year old man working for the federal service (EPA). I enjoy running, exploring the city, and cooking. I would like to find a friendly person to share the rent with. Please feel free to contact me on reddit!
